While at the beach, be sure to bring your tackle box. Our guests enjoy catch and release fishing. Lake Serene is stocked with Small Mouth bass and Blue Gill. You won't need a fishing license. Worms and lures are available for purchase in Lake Serene Rentals.
We also have paddleboats and canoes that you can rent by the hour on a first-come first-served basis. Boat rentals are just $5 an hour and we require either a driver's license or $10 for a deposit. Boats can be rented in season from 8am until 1 hour before dusk, life jackets are included. All rentals can be done at Lake Serene Rentals, conveniently located between the Main Lodge and the beach area.
